The staff was friendly. Yasmin, specially, offered a kindness that touched my soul. The location felt special, near many shops and cafes. The room also included a little coffee station. How lovely.

The shower floors, oh, are so slippery. I did slip and hurt my bone. I wrote a message about it, but I didn't got a reply. The room was also missing a fridge. I do enjoy cold drinks, especially in summer.

the room was very clean and large and had everything i needed. the location was really good. All the main attractions were nearby. yasmin at reception gave me great service. she assisted with a late check-in and recommended places to visit and even gave me a discount to stay a extra night.

the shower floor was REALLY slippery. i slipped and injured my bone. i told the staff via whatsapp, but nobody answered.

musty odorearly noise

The bathroom was not ideal it had a noticeable musty odor. this smell seemed to intensify throughout the day because the bathroom lacked a window for ventilation. also early morning noise from the cleaning staff was disruptive. They started around 0800 making it hard to rest.
